[ she's at the flight deck, gazing out at the runway... ]

I suppose all that's left is for us to finally go home...

[ there's a little anxiety at that. ]

[ settles next to her, with a burst of reassurance. ]

Finally. [ hand hold? ] You ready for it?

[sootprints]

[ she holds her hand. ]

I'm not sure I'll ever be ready. But I'll be glad to be done with all of this murder business.

[doublefists]

[ links their fingers. ]

Yeah, me too. [ ... ] I don't want to promise it'll never happen again, but I'm hoping.

How are you feeling otherwise? Okay?

[sootprints]

[ she nods. ]

I'm just trying to prepare myself for what I'll have to deal with when I go back.

[doublefists]

Yeah, that guy, right? Do you have a plan?

[ ... ]

You're not doing it all alone, right?

[sootprints]

I wouldn't call it a plan, exactly...

... I think I have some people I can count on, though.
